Hello GilchristWeb,

Thank you for your question about the host name for WinSCP, your FTP program. Since your domain is pointed to us, you can use your domain name as your host name. In case you need the other FTP information, here are the settings for FTP (also covered in our FTP Getting Started Guide):

FTP Username: cPanel username or other FTP account username
FTP Password: Use your cPanel password if using your cPanel username for FTP. Otherwise, use the password you set for the FTP account you are using.
Passive Mode: If you are having any issues connecting, enable Passive Mode
Port: The default port for FTP traffic is 21

If you are working with your primary domain name, public_html is the document root. If you are working with an Addon domain, the document root will be something like public_html/addondomain.com

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
