How can I upload files to the temporary url?
I am trying to upload files to the temporary url before the domain name is transferred. The temporary url gives an error message when I attempt to ftp to it. How can I ftp files to the temporary url? Is there a tutorial for this?

Hello dancersuz, Thank you for your question about uploading files before your domain is pointed. Yes, there is a tutorial, our FTP Getting Started Guide. In that tutorial, the third option for the FTP Host is your server name and includes a link to our tutorial on how to find the name of the server your account is on. Once you have uploaded your files, you can then use the temporary URL to test your site before pointing your domain name to our Nameservers.
