I am having trouble publishing my site built with the builder to my ftp server. I'm obviously doing something wrong with the settings, but I have tried everything to no avail!
I've never had multiple sites on one hosting account before, so I'm sure that's why I don't know what I am doing here!

I am trying to create a website for www.smartestandartist.com. For the host address I have tried webhostinghub.com, ratesforautoloans.com, and smartestandartist.com
and http://ratesforautoloans.com/cpanel, for login I have tried ratesf5 and smartestandartist@ratesforautoloans.com, for working directory I have tried leaving it at /public_html and also tried /public_html/smartestandartist.com/ For the url, I put http://www.smartestandartist.com

lease help! After I get this straight once, I will be set!

Thanks,
MIchelle Svetlitski

Hi Michelle,

I looked at the notes on your account, and I can see that you were able to get assitance with this issue from our Support Team already.

For other users having trouble publishing with the Premium Site Builder, I would recommend reviewing our article on Publishing Troubleshooting. If that page does not help, please post a question in the Support Center with the exact error message you're receiving.

Thanks!
