Restore from backup

I stupidly deleted some data files from my web site and do not have my own backup. Is there anyway to request a restore from system backups? The whole site can be restored if necessary.

Thank you for your question. If you are subscribed to our backup service, you can request a restoration from AMP.


  1. Login to AMP.

  2. Under Additional Services, click Other.

  3. Click your hosting plan from the list, then click Request Data Restoration, then Next.

  4. Fill in the required fields, then click the Submit button.
