I am not seeing any files uploaded within the last week. We can certainly test your settings from our side using FTP connection programs to see if there is any kind of error or miscommunication.
To do so, you would need to contact our support department at firstname.lastname@example.org with the request and all connection setttings that CoffeeCup is using. Also include any error messages (if any). Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
