403 error when I try to access my site

I messed something up trying to install Joomla or when I tried to add-on my new domain. The few files I have uploaded have been backed up. I want to delete everything in the directory, but I don't know which I can and which ones I can't. Is it possible to reformat my file directory. I think I just need to start over from scratch again!
While I am at it, is it possible to make arlenemurrin.com my main domain, and katben.com my add-on?

The only error message I am getting is a 403 message when I try to access arlenemurrin.com, and I cannot change the permissions to the files in the directory. (the files have 0 bytes)

The problem started today.

I am using Joomla for arlenemurrin.com and I am writing my own code using BBEdit for katben.com (that one is actually finished and published and running correctly. (and is completely backed up ).

I'm sorry you're having trouble with one of your websites. While researching this for you, I did not have any trouble reaching the home page or log in page for your Joomla site. Please try refreshing your page, and if necessary, clearing your browser cache.

You can request that the primary domain name be changed on your account. There are some steps to take and things to keep in mind when making a primary domain name change. The files for each of your sites will need to be moved.
