cancel and refund

General Information
I feel like too complicated to use and not user friendly.
I want my full refund.
I already send emails to billing@webhosting and also to customercare@webhosting but they direct me to go to this community support.
Very simple I want to cancel without any further questions asked and want refund.

I'm sorry that you did not see the notification from our Customer Care team that your cancellation request was received and processed. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders for the primary email address on file for your account. If your hosting needs change in the future, please keep us in mind.
