Cancel and refund new domain name?

General Information
Dear Web Hosting Hub,

I purchased two domain names thru you today ( AND
I mistakenly bought the first one and then realized that I had incorrectly written the domain name.

Am I able to cancel

I will be keeping the doman name.

Hello ChristineJ,

Yes, you can absolutely cancel a domain name for a refund as long as it is under 120 hours (5 days) old.

To do so, you would need to contact our billing department with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

They will be able to cancel the domain and issue a refund for the purchase price.
