I'm sorry to hear that you wish to cancel. You can not process a cancellation through the Support Center website. You will need to contact technical support, billing or customer care to process your cancellation request. If you cannot contact them through phone or chat, then you can also email your request (email@example.com). Make sure to provide verification of the account by including the last 4 digits of the credit card or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password - your request cannot be completed without verification.
