Can't get into my web builder acct even though my info says it's renewed

The guy I talked to said it wasn't renewed and it says it is renewed on my account. I have tried to change my password numerous times and it still says wrong username and password. According to my account info I am using the right username and it said I have successfully changed my password about 10 times. This is getting very frustrating!

Sorry for the trouble with the login for your builder. We reset the password and emailed you the login information you need to log in. We were able to successfully log in with what we sent you. Because this is an open forum, we sent it to your email. Sorry for the inconvenience.
