If you're referring to your cPanel password, it's in the Preferences section under Change Password.

If you're referring to your AMP password, click on Details under Accounts & Billing (in the left panel), then under Billing > Bill Options, click Change AMP Password.

If you are referring to the AMP (Account Management Panel) password, you can find those instructions here.

If you mean the cPanel itself, you can do that from within the AMP. Those instructions are here.
