The Premium Website Builder's eshop tool is configured to use Paypal as a payment processor. For that, you will not need to enter any codes, but simply configure the eshop to connect to your PayPal account via the proper email address. As a customer wants to check out, they will be sent to Paypal's page with the total to sign in with their own account or with their credit card. This will be connected to your account so that you receive payment. The individual code for things like Paypal buttons are not used with the eshop tool in the builder.
If you do wish to have a normal page with a PayPal button, you would use the scripts module found in the Edit step (Step 4) of the builder.
