Please refer to your Account Management Panel (AMP). This information is available to you there. Your domain name = website name. That's the domain name that you registered with us when creating your hosting account.
I also decided to try to find your account, and there is nothing in our records. It's possible that sales has not confirmed the account yet. If so, please await there confirmation. They will send you a confirmation email when it is complete.
