1: Why is the original message not included in my replies?

2: What is a fast and easy way to create a rule to delete messages with a certain From Name? It seems a laborious process to enter all the specifics each time.

Hello Missclawdy, The reply options for your email depend upon on the application that you are using to compose your email. You will need to look at the options for Composing email, or perhaps the preferences for the application in order to include the original message. If you are using a stand-alone email application, the "fast and easy way" to create a rule to delete messages is to right-click on the email address of the sender (in the message), and then create a filter or rule. Mozilla Thunderbird operates this way. Other examples of stand-alone email clients include: Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Eudora, etc. They are stand-alone applications because they do not launch web-based solutions. If you are using a webmail client such as Horde, RoundCube, or Squirrel mail (the default webmail clients that we provide), then unfortunately you will not have an easy way to build that rule. If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page. Regards, Arnel C.
