General Information
If there is anyone out there who can help an idiot I would appreciate it.
As I was getting the core ftp details I accidentally downloaded them to pdf instead of saving to my desktop.
Now I seem to be locked in..

Thank you for your question. You can view your cPanel username, and reset the password from AMP. The cPanel username and password will also work for FTP.

Login to AMP, then select Details under Account & Billing. Toward the bottom you will see:
• Cpanel Login
• Reset Password

Click Reset Password to create a new password. You do not need to know the original password to reset it here.

Click Details under Admin to view your cPanel username.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below, or contact Tech Support.

They are available 24/7 via:
Email: support@webhostinghub.com
Phone: 877-595-4482 x2
Chat (there is a link on the top right).

Thank you,
