I was able to test your mail form and verify in the mail logs on the server that the message successfully left our server and got sent to an @att.net account.
I'm not seeing any indication of failed deliveries from the server-side. How are you testing the form to verify it not working consistently at this time?
I would probably recommend instead of having your emails getting remotely delivered out of the server to an @att.net account, to instead locally deliver them to the same domain where the form is filled out. This way it will minimize the likelihood of possible issues like a temporary block, or server issues at the remote email provider.
You might also want to be sure to check any spam folders, as what users are entering into the mail form could be getting flagged as spam at your current email account you have it going to.
