I have been trying for weeks to get my refund for the account, Puppy Bling Inc. When will I finally receive it?

I'm sorry that you wish to cancel your account. I will follow up with our Customer Care Department today to check on the status of your request. Either myself or our Customer Care Department will send you an email to advise you further.

I also would like to take a few moments to let you know that there are other tools you can use besides the builder that are just as easy to install. WordPress as well as e-commerce solutions like OsCommerce, Zen Cart, and Cube Cart can be installed using Fantstico De Luxe.
