I don't like automatic renewal. Never have. It really, really bothers me that you do not provide a way to disable this function. It also is deceptive that you do NOT disclose that in advance. I signed up with you guys based on the rating from webhostinggeeks. I am leaving you a bad review there and at the end of my year I will be moving elsewhere.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are not happy with our auto renewal policy. Our Terms of Service clearly state our policy on auto renewal in section 2, paragraph A. It is not hidden and customers are required to select a box during signup stating they have read them otherwise they cannot complete the process. The section regarding auto renewal is even in bold and not in fine print as many other hosting companies do. This way, new customers who read the terms understand the process.

The section reads as below:
The initial term of this Agreement shall be as set forth in the Order Form (the "Initial Term"). The Initial Term shall begin upon commencement of the Services to Customer. After the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew. Additionally after the initial term, you acknowledge, agree and authorize company to automatically bill and/or charge on your credit card for yearly terms based on the current rate in force at the time of renewal, unless terminated or cancelled by either party as provided in the section labeled "cancellation policy". Current renewal rates are as follows; Spark $107.88, Nitro $155.88, and Dynamo $203.88. The Initial Term and all successive renewal periods shall be referred to, collectively, as the "Term".

If you are within the refund period of either your first signup or renewal, you can always contact our Live Billing team for a refund.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
