I`m having trouble with opencart checkout steps. When I try to checkout I don`t see any of the 6 steps. Where is a problem or how I need to setup so I can see all the steps?

Hello MyStore,

Thank you for your question. When you click on the Checkout link at the top of the store, it should take you to a page with the 6 steps. This is by default and does not require any particular setup or settings.

If you are not seeing it, then you may need to have us take a look at your specific account. You may either provide the domain name here, or email it to docs@webhostinghub.com so we can identify the account and take a look. If you do opt to send the information via email, please respond back here so we know it was sent as we do not monitor that email address for incoming mail.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

When I click on chekout then it asks to calculate shipping and after I add shipping rate and click checkout it will not go. Just stays on the same page. I tried docs@webhostinghub.com but couldn`t send an email. Came back as undelivered.

Upon taking a look at your site, I saw that you had some lines within your index.php file which appears to be something added by the OpenBay exension that was causing the following PHP error:

Fatal error: Class 'Play' not found in /home/example/public_html/index.php on line 222

As this line is something only used by the OpenBay extension, I commented out this line in which your website now appears.

When attempting to reproduce the error of going through the checkout process, I was able to see the steps without any issues. What exact steps do you take when you get the error? Perhaps the error resides within your browser and clearing your cache would help?
