Question regarding account suspension

General Information
<p>My Account is suspended</p>
<p>cpanel username : XXXXXXX</p>
<p>password : XXXXXXXXXXXX</p>
<p>Please do what ever needed and activate my account back, i have a important launch today. I called your phone as well, and had to wait more then 30 mins on a international call, which costed me almost $70, without any help. Please let me know , how can we fix this ? Thanks</p>

We were experiencing an influx of phone calls due to many outdated content management systems being hacked.
