Hello,

I would like to transfer my domain name to another company. I also noticed it looks like a hosting account is still on under my AMP. I have not been able to access my site in the last couple of days even though I checked that my nameservers are still pointed to the hosting company I am using. Can you please explain why? Thanks in advance!

Hello Vmedia,

I checked your domain and it's definitely not pointing to our hosting servers. You will need to contact live support in order to request that the domain be released if you trying to move it to another registrar.

In terms of accessing your account, since you are pointed elsewhere, we have no control over the links you are accessing. We are not controlling that - your current host company may be controlling it. You will need to speak with them.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
