I checked your domain and it's definitely not pointing to our hosting servers. You will need to contact live support in order to request that the domain be released if you trying to move it to another registrar.
In terms of accessing your account, since you are pointed elsewhere, we have no control over the links you are accessing. We are not controlling that - your current host company may be controlling it. You will need to speak with them.
