Our domain and hosting plans are all on auto-renewal. If they fail, they will indeed attempt to renew several more times before giving up.
Always make sure you have the correct credit card on file, and if you have more than one credit card on the account, be sure that the right credit card is assigned to each bill item.
If you are still having issues with the item not renewing, you will want to contact our billing department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
