There are many settings involved with setting up your email, and as far what you provided, you are connecting to the correct server. Your mail server should be mail.yourdomain.com, and in your case, mail.tacticalfusiongroup.com is correct.
To further troubleshoot this issue, our Support Team needs to know your IP address, and also needs a copy of a ping and tracert test for your domain (mail.tacticalfusiongroup.com).
