Sorry for the issues with finding your messages. Your question is a little confusing. However, if you are using the IMAP protocol, then the possibility is that you have not subscribed to the Trash folder. You can find information about that topic in this tutorial. If this does not help, then please provide further information about the issue you are having and we can look further into the problem.
