What should I do now to help protect my personal clients domains & websites in the event of my sudden inability to manage my account?

General Information

I need advice on the correct way of going about a worst case scenario if I were unable to continue managing my WebhostingHub account due to any unforeseen circumstance (death, illness etc). As this would mean all my personal clients domains & hosted websites would eventually expire…

So my questions are:
What should my clients do in this scenario?
And what should I do now, that would give my clients peace of mind if anything unforseen were to ever happen?

Many thanks,

Hello Joel,

Thank you for your question. I would recommend a few things:

Perform a Website backup periodically and provide it to the customers. That way they can restore their site if an issue occurs.

You can also contact live support, and have them note your account with specific contact details or a passphrase for each account.

That way they can call in and access the account.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,
