Can I block .ru domains from my website?

Hello JennyM, Thank you for your question regarding blocking domains. I'm not clear on exactly what you want to do. If you want to block people from viewing your site, that would be based on the user's IP address and would be set up through the IP Deny Manager in cPanel. You can find a variety of resources online for a list of IPs or IP ranges by doing a search in your preferred search engine for "block country IP" (without the quotes). You can also search for the specific country you want to block. Keep in mind that IP blocks can be bypassed by visitors who go through a proxy server before accessing your site. If you are having trouble with other sites directly linking to files on your website, you can prevent that by enabling Hotlink Protection in cPanel.
