Hi Giancarlo,

I was able to resolve your issue. This is what I did.

1. I created a phpinfo.php file and noticed that php's default_charset was set to UTF-8

2. I then created a php.ini file in your coniglio.info folder, and put the following code in it:

default_charset = "ISO-8859-1"

When I refreshed your phpinfo.php page, the default_charset showed ISO-8859-1 instead of utf-8, and testing your site showed the issue was resolved.

Please test your site and let us know if you are seeing any further issues.

Thanks,
- Brad

Hi Giancarlo,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with accented characters on your site. I took a look at both of your sites and I'm seeing accented characters on both. If you've made changes that aren't showing up, please make sure you refresh the page in your browser and clear your browser cache if necessary.

If the issue continues, can you give us a link to where you are not seeing accented letters so we can help you resolve this issue?

Please feel free to contact us anytime you have questions or need assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.

Hi Giancario,

Can you give us a url to the page where we can replicate the problem? I tested what I believe to be your site, but I was not able to replicate the problem (see image below).

Feel free to post updates in the comments on this page.

Thanks!

- Brad
