I get the message Over the last 24 hours, Googlebot encountered 34 errors while attempting to retrieve DNS information for your site. The overall error rate for DNS queries for your site is 59.6%.

I don't really know what this means.

This is happening on the non-www version of my site. The www version is fine.

I recently switched my primary domain, added the old one as an addon and had that one redirect to the new site. All the internal links still went to the old site but that's been fixed now.

Will this sort itself out because its a new move or is this a serious problem?

Hello,

Thank you for your Googlebot question. I am not sure exactly what would cause that error from Google, but since you say it is specific to the non-www version of your site, you may want to try forcing the www version and see if that helps.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
