If you are having issues with the builder password, you may want to try and change or reset it via your AMP (Account Management Panel). You can do that by following the instructions presented here.
If you are still having issues with login after that, you will want to contact our Live Support department. To do so, you would need to contact our support department (open 24/7) with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
