Unfortunately, you cannot process cancellations through the Support Website. You will need to contact live support and request that your subscription be canceled. Please make sure to be ready with verification information if you call. Verification info needed would be the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account, or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
