Creating business listing and a search engine on concrete5
Hi,
I am quite new in Concrete5 and I am at the moment working on building my first website. I am trying to build a business listing similar to the one tripadvisor uses. Does anyone know how does tripadvisor's database work? Do they build a page for every single hotel and restaurant? And do they do this manually?

Hello Ada, Thank you for your question. There is no way to know exactly how they have their website setup, but most likely they are using one database. Instead of creating each page, it looks like they are storing the information in the database, then the page is dynamically created when someone requests it.
