I am trying to see my support requests and their status. I log on to cpanel and try to follow the directions given in your answer to "How to submit a ticket and check on the status". I cannot find PerlDesk or a MyTickets section anywhere.
Support tickets are viewed in a completely separate location which is why you would not be seeing them. You would also only see them if you initially submitted the request though that specific ticketing system as well. If you initially submitted the ticket through email or through AMP, you will simply get an email response when complete.
