Transfer from another host

I need to transfer my account from another ISP, also under CPanel. The backup file on the other server is over 5 GB. How do I do it? Can I create a backup directly using the "to FTP server"? If so, how do I activate the backup on my new server?

To easiest method to transfer your sites and databases is through a cPanel backup. If your previous hosting provider does no allow backups to be generated over 5GB, you would need to transfer the files over FTP as well as can make backups of any databases using PHPMyAdmin.
