I install joombla step for step follow their tutorials
but i dont now why when i see my domain say that

Hello VictorB, I am no longer seeing the construction page on your site. I see a Joomla page. If you are still seeing the construction page, it may be that your browser has that page stuck in its cache memory. Use this article to learn how to clear your browser cache.
