Thank you for your question proflo7!

From what I understand, you are wanting the max file upload size to be changed. You can change the File upload sizes by editing the following in your php.ini file. Please see the How do I Update my Local PHP Settings? tutorial.

upload_max_filesize = 100 M
post_max_size = 100 M
memory_limit = 100 M

In Moodle, you can go to the Home > Site administration > Plugins > Activity modules > Forum and set the Max attachment size there. Unfortunately, you may need to set the setting in the php.ini for that to work as well.

Best Regards,
James R
