Activation without phone calls

Hi! I've already found an answer (dated 2014-02-03) that says it's not possible to activate account via e-mail. If still that is so, I'm wondering why is it?

However, if I necessarily have to call, the problems are:
- I'm calling from Italy (not sure about costs).
- Have I call from the number I specified during the purchase, or can I use someone else?
- My spoken english is really low.
- What about we have to speak?
- Have I give or get some specific info?
- Something else you can refer me about this situation?

Hello,

Thank you for your question. Simply contact our Billing Department and request to confirm your account via email.

They will send you a confirmation request. Once we receive and verify your account, you can then proceed with the set up.

Alternately:
Since you are in Italy, we can call you. This should not cost you anything. Let us know the best time time to call.

You can call from any number, and we can call you on any number.

If you can get someone to speak english, we just need to verify the information you entered is correct.
