no log in given

When I signed up as a new member to register a pre existing domain we was given no details of log in username or password. Can someone and explain why?

Thank you for your question. After signing up, you will receive a phone call to the number you provided, so they can confirm your purchase.

If they have not reached out to you, I recommend calling Live Support, so they can confirm your account.

After you have been confirmed, you will receive an email to get started, within 20 minutes.
