I have several questions regarding OpenCart, that maybe you can help me with.

1: Google wont include my new website in their search engine because they say that my website/server has malicious software on it. I have checked my website and everything seems to be in order. I don’t know what to look for.

2: On the contact us page, how do I remove/edit the
“Your enquiry has been successfully sent to the store owner!”
I would like to remove the “TO THE STORE OWNER” part.

3: On every page on my website, if I limit the SHOW items to less than the items I have listed i.e. 15 items per page, and I have 40 or 50 items listed, then pages 2, 3 etc say “PAGE NOT FOUND” . The only way I can list all items is to SHOW 100 items per page.

Any help on the questions above would be greatly appreciated

Hello John,

Thank you for your questions.

1) If Google believes there is malware on your site, you will want to first check and ensure there is no such code on your site. Once you are certain, simply submit your site for reconsideration. Google will then recrawl the site and, if they find nothing, add your site to the index.

2)The text you want to edit for the contact us page is found in the contact.php file. That is located at /catalog/language/english/information/contact.php in your cPanel. You can simply edit the file and change it.

3) As for the third issue, I am unable to duplicate it from our test account. That would require someone stepping through the program and following it's behavior, someone with coding knowledge. You will want to contact your hosting provider to see if they can support you. They will need the username and password for your OpenCart admin area. I was unable to locate an account with either your name or email address with us. If it does happen to be with us, you may contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
