Recently I cannot start Outlook with exchange email addresses. With only the POP addresses It will start fine. After running Microsoft's diagnostic program for outlook, their finding is that the DNS records are not set correctly for my domain.
It further states that my settings include both a CNAME and SRV record set. I am to remove the SRV record. Is this something that I am able to do myself?

Hello,

Thank you for your question on adjusting your DNS for email settings. Yes, you can change any DNS records you have with us by using the Advanced DNS Zone editor located in your cPanel.

Kindest Regards,
