I am trying to set this up for the client, so please respond to this question using the following email address:

I logged in and tried to add the Website Builder from the AMP but received this error: "There was a problem setting up the builder for this subscription. Please contact support to resolve this issue."
I am trying to set this up for the josephsonthearm.ca account.

Hello DavidLafon, Typically, resolving a Website builder installation issue is done over the phone or through email. This process requires some information that you need to provide - mainly a password. The issue here is that anytime you contact the Support Center website, our responses are LIMITED to the site for the most part.
