First, we would need to double-check the USER name that you're using. The login for the Builder is based on the Cpanel user name AND password. So, if one of them is wrong, it may seem to be indicating that the user is incorrect. To find your cpanel user name, simply login into the Account Management Panel (AMP) and then go to Account & Billing details. The information will be in the active subscriptions list.
If you continue to have issues with the login, simply call into live support and they can reset the password for you immediately.
