Additionally, Web Hosting Hub accounts do not have a backup unless it has been added to the account. Per your account, backups have been added to a single domain. You can submit a restore request through the Account Management Panel (AMP), contacting live tech support by phone/chat, or by writing a verified email to the live Web Hosting Hub Technical Support team. Verification is done by providing either the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
If you are unable to get a backup restored, then please provide more information on the specific files or domain that you are working in. We need more specific information in order to troubleshoot the problem, please.
