I am just starting out and am trying to install the Premium Web Builder on my website, but it says:
"This domain was already used in one of your builder accounts"

Hello Heidi and thanks for your question. I tried to pull up your account and I believe I have the correct one, but I'm not seeing your domain setup in the Premium Web Builder at the moment. Typically the best way to handle this type of issue would be with a ticket to our support department so we can ensure that we have the correct account and can look into these problems for you. In order to submit a ticket, please shoot an e-mail to (support@webhostinghub.com) being sure to include your username, and the original cPanel password of your account or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for verification.
