I attempted to publish my site and I get an error that my account is unable to connect via FTP. However, it's all I've ever used before. I have looked at the publishing your website article mentioned in other posts, I've tried using cyberduck and nothing is working. I've checked all my settings, they appear to be correct, directory is public_html, right server according to account info, etc. I'd appreciate some help here. Thanks.

Hello KrisAnn,

Thank you for your question. I see you posted this question in the "Premium Website Builder" category, if you are trying to publish in the Builder, I recommend reading this guide on troubleshooting Builder publishing.

Also, here is the getting started guide on FTP.

Is your domain pointed to our nameservers at this time?

Is your domain expired? You can check the expiration by performing a Whois lookup.

We are happy to help, but would need more information to provide a specific answer, such as your domain name.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
