Hello dulzuradepapel,

Thank you for your question. After a long bout of tracking through the PrestaShop files we have an answer for you. There is a constant setting in the Uploader.php file. This is set to 10485760, which is 10MB. My testing was failing with files over 10MB but was successful with files under 10MB. Once I changed that number to something higher, say 20485760, I was able to successfully upload files larger than 10MB.

To set the constanct, you will need to open your File Manager in cPanel and go to your '/classes' folder in your PrestaShop setup. Then look for the Uploader.php file. Edit that file and set the constant named DEFAULT_MAX_SIZE as you wish. Be sure you set it in bytes. Below are some quick calculations for you:

15MB 15728640
20MB 20971520
30MB 31457280
40MB 41943040

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
