Thank you for your question about logos in the Premium Web Builder. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your logo in the builder. I see that you have also submitted a ticket to email@example.com and I will be responding to your ticket as well.
Some templates in the builder do not include a logo, please make sure the template you are using includes a logo.
