I just purchased the domain (jenniferjacksononline.com) and signed up for hosting with your site. I was trying to install the Premium Web Builder to get the site started, but I keep getting the error "This domain was already used in one of your builder accounts".

There doesn't seem to be anything installed and I can't access anything to "build" my website.

Also, when I go to the builder login and enter my info, I get this error: Fatal error: Call to a member function getKey() on a non-object in /home/opsctr/pp.1.0.216/application/controllers/IndexController.php on line 618

Please help.

Thanks.

Jennifer

Hello Jennifer,

I'm sorry you're having trouble installing and logging into the Premium Website Builder. While looking into this for you, I see that the builder has been installed for your account.

When you try to log in to the builder, are you logging in from within AMP or using the direct link to the builder (https://builder.webhostinghub.com/Login).

Please make sure you are using the correct user name (the same as your cPanel user name). By default the builder password will be the same password as your AMP password, but if need be, you can reset your builder password in AMP.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
