I see that the live support team was able to get you set up. At times, the builder server can mismatch the login username/password.
In that case, you will want to contact the Live Support team so they can resync the login server with your AMP login.
To do so, you would need to contact our support department (open 24/7) with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
