Thank you for your question about domain registrations. If I understand your question correctly, you are asking if the same domain name can be registered in different countries. Domain names are globally so the same domain name (no matter where it is registered) will work for the whole Internet, and once it's registered will no longer be available to be registered by anyone else (regardless of location).
