If you're having some problems getting a domain transferred over to us I would recommend contacting support directly via phone, chat, or by submitting a ticket so that we can pull up your account and see the domain you're trying to transfer over without exposing it publicly here.
In order to submit a ticket, please shoot an e-mail to (email@example.com) being sure to include your username, and the original cPanel password of your account or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for verification.
